Greetings, I was staying at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Ottawa when I first sampled your superb tea. Upon return to Washington DC I ordered a good supply on-line. I drank fantastic tea while in Sri Lanka in early January (tsunami assistance).. that is how I knew straight away that Silver Tips was the real thing... so every morning my first cup of tea reminds me of the 'refreshing cups ' we had while working in difficult times..& Thank you for your excellent service. Hi, I live in Toronto. I had your tea at the inter-contenential hotel last weekend. The tea was "premium orange pekoe siver tips tea";I loved it. I want to buy your tea; as I live in Toronto, is there anyway I can pick up my order (thus not pay for shipping)? Do you have a warehouse/retail shop. Is it open to the public? Can I still get the tea for $6/box? If I buy a large quantity, will the product stay fresh (over a year, in my basement). Do you have any guarntees? So many questions :) Seriously, great great product.

Thanks for sending me the article on Silver Tips Tea. I first tasted it at a Toronto hotel, a couple of summers ago. I thought it was superb. I kept the little packet the tea bag came in. When I got home (Washington DC Area), I went to some gourmet shops trying to find it. No luck. I finally found you on the web and ordered some. When I ran out of the first order last fall, I went back to Lipton’s. It cannot be compared to Silver Tips. Lipton's is harsh, has an aftertaste and is completely inferior. I drink your tea every day, using two bags in a double sized cup. I don't use milk, cream, lemon or sugar. It's great tea.
